Day 1: Arrival in Lhasa.
After arriving in Lhasa, local tour guide will welcome you at the airport/train station, then transfer the guests to the hotel. Acclimatize the high altitude in the hotel.
Overnight in Lhasa
上午参观世界上海拔超高的古代宫堡式建筑群【布达拉宫】，布达拉宫坐落在海拔3700公尺的红山上，于公元7世纪迁都到拉萨的吐蕃第33代赞普松赞干布创建，承载着藏族人民超凡的智慧和厚重的历史，是西藏超大、完整的古代宫堡建筑群，殿宇嵯峨，气势恢宏。沿着长长的1080级阶梯拾阶而上，俯瞰拉萨，让美丽的景致开启一天的好心情。小憩之后，和专业导游一起走进布达拉，探索这个散发出稀少野味和浓厚宗教的秘境。
下午参观藏传佛教信徒心中的圣地【大昭寺】。「去拉萨而没有到大昭寺就等于没去过拉萨」，这是大昭寺里著名的喇嘛尼玛次仁的话，大昭寺已有1300多年的历史，在藏传佛教中有至高无上的地位，请放空您的思绪，跟随导游一起感受这份历史的厚重，参观结束，勿忘以大昭寺为中心顺时针转一圈，消灾解难的同时再次感受一番藏传佛教之震撼。
到拉萨，让一切都慢下来，闲庭若步间，去【八角街】的手工艺品市场里用心挑选纪念品，或是漫无目的闲逛间找家甜茶馆，在靠窗的位置坐下，怡然自得地喝茶发呆，拉萨的日光从透明的蓝天上洒下，足以清空一切繁琐负面的情绪。

布达拉宫门票采用预购制，有参观时间限定，我们会根据实际预定的参观时间，弹性调整行程。进入布达拉宫要经过一道安检，严禁携带危险物品，布达拉宫内部禁止拍照。
Day 2: Lhasa City, Potala Place and Barkhor Street (B,D).
The tour will begin from UNESCO World Heritage site - Potala Palace, which is also the winter palace of Dalai Lama. Its situated at 12,139 feet above sea level. Its a 13-story high building that contains over 1,000 rooms, various statues, stupas, murals and artifacts.
Then continue to Jokhang Temple, another UNESCO World Heritage site. It’s a spiritual center for Buddhists in Tibet. Next to the temple there is Bakhor Street, filled with pilgrims and street vendors, selling traditional Tibetan items such as prayer wheels and jewelry.
清晨，沿【拉萨河】畔晨光漫步，感受连空气中都飘散着宗教气息的城市里的一缕晶莹剔透，让沁人心脾的高原空气开启您一天的旅程，或者，您也可以慵懒的睡到自然醒，早餐后，随导游参观藏传佛教格鲁派六大寺庙之一的【哲蚌寺】，每年的藏历六月底七月初，这里都会举办盛大的展佛仪式，这便是被列入非物质文化遗产的雪顿节。
下午游览藏传佛教格鲁派六大主寺之一的【色拉寺】，「色拉」在藏语里是野玫瑰的意思，传说山下修寺时，这里漫山遍野地盛开着野玫瑰，因此得名。色拉寺的辩经名扬四海，辩经园位于通往正门通道的北端。辩经时间一般从15:00开始，可随意观看。(如遇寺庙临时举办法会等活动，或接待特定人士，可能会取消辩经，敬请谅解)。
参观结束后，闲步街头，和拉萨短短几天的亲密接触，厚重的宗教历史，悠闲的藏式生活，这何尝不是充满神秘色彩唯美的哲学呢！
Day 3: Monasteries in Lhasa, Drepung and Sera (B).
In the morning, tourists are going to visit Drepung monastery which was one of the “three greet” Gelug monasteries of Tibet and was founded in 1416. Ganden palace is used as Dalai Lama’s palace in the Drepung before moving to the Potala palace.
Afternoon, Sera Monastery---It was one of the “three great” Gelug monasteries of Tibet and was founded in 1419. The highlight is the Monks debate at around 3 - 5 in the afternoon.
今天可别赖床哦，早餐后就启程，驱车前往日喀则。途中会翻越海拔4900公尺的【冈冈巴拉雪山】，然后一路向世界上最高的淡水湖【羊卓雍措湖】（4400米）挺进，那里有被誉为世界上最美丽的水，那里的阳光好得无法比喻，世居在此的藏民信徒相传，绕神山圣湖转一周可以得到神灵的赐福。纤尘不染的纯净天空、棉花般的白云与平静如镜的湖面遥相辉映，湛蓝的湖水握手座座雪山，浑然天成，其中就有被誉为西藏四大神山之一的乃钦康桑雪山（7191米）。
车继续沿羊卓雍措湖岸前行，途经电影《红河谷》的外景拍摄地之一，【卡若拉冰川】。这片冰川就在公路边，宛若静静梳妆的少女，与巍峨的雪山瑶瑶相望。
一路前行，来到【斯米拉山】，挂一面经幡，许一个心愿，有生之年，定会实现。再往前，就是抗英英雄镇【江孜】，这座古城有600多年历史，是前藏通往后藏的交通要塞。
远眺【宗山抗英遗址】，参观唯一集西藏三大教派于一体的佛寺【白居寺】，那里有精美绝伦的壁画和雕刻而著称的十万佛塔，接受一番宗教燻陶之后，换个心情，眺望江孜森林之绿。
再度启程，约一个半小时后，抵达西藏第二大城市【日喀则】，若逢夏日，一片片黄绿相间的青稞田恰如其分地点缀在群山之间，在蓝天白云下摇曳，风吹麦浪之舞蹈。
Day 4: Lhasa – Gyantse - Shigatse (B)
Drive from Lhasa to Gyantse. Admire the Gampala pass (4790 m) on the way, and get a glimpse of Yamdrok-tso (4400m), which is surrounded by many snow-capped mountains. Then continue to drive west towards Gyantse. In Gyantse, tourists will visit the famous Pelkor Monastery and Gyantse Kumbum. After one and a half hours drive, clients will arrive in Shigatse, which is the second largest city in Tibet.
清晨，来到班禅喇嘛之家--【扎什伦布寺】，日喀则超大的寺庙，亦居亦寺的庙宇中往来着朝拜诵经的僧人。带着这份虔诚，向【珠峰大本营】出发，在【拉孜】享用午餐。
备继续前行，穿过【佐拉】（4600米）、【嘉措拉】（5248米）两座山口后，就正式进入【珠峰大本营景区】了，睁大双眼，调节目光，在【加乌拉山】饱览喜马拉雅的雄姿吧！车沿着之字形盘山公路迂回向前，不多时就抵达【珠峰大本营的帐篷区】，日暮，一米金色的阳光洒满营地，渐渐暗下，落日没入群山，入夜，湛黑天幕上繁星点点，一条洁白的银河斜斜划过，留下星空下欢乐的人们，或三三两两交谈，或独自沉醉，最美的时光，停留在此。
【贴心小提醒】
珠峰大本营海拔5200米，夜晚常会出现头痛而难以入睡，此为正常现象，请勿过度惊慌，继续放慢您的脚步、放松您的心情，感受珠峰的美，
【备注】：依珠峰景区公告，此行程最高能到达绒布寺，实际状况依景区公告为主。绒布寺为观赏珠峰及拍摄珠峰的最佳位置。
Day 5: Everest Base Camp (B)
Drive to Lhatse where tourists can take lunch. Then drive to Shegar and if the weather is clear enough, tourists can view the Mt. Everest in the distance on the way back down. After 4 to 6 hours, arrive at Rongbuk monastery, but on the way there, clients will pass Pang la Pass, one of the highest passes in Tibet at 5050m. From that pass, enjoy view all of the five highest peaks in the world.
莫让珠峰的第一道阳光把耳朵叫醒，早早走到户外，迎接曙光普照大地吧！朝霞掩映下的珠峰，犹如身着绚烂华服的女神，穿行在巍峨壮丽、气势磅礴、蜿蜒千里，妖娆在喜马拉雅山脉间，仙女一般。日上竿头，前往世界上海拔最高的寺院，【绒布寺】（若遇雨雪天，道路危险湿滑，无法前往，敬请风谅），绒布寺属西藏宁玛派寺庙，海拔约5100米，地势高峻寒冷，景观精妙绝伦。圣山之下，巍峨之间，默诵静静默诵一段藏传佛经，追寻初心，对话本我，怎么想都是一件特别小资的事。带着留恋，在壮美的喜马拉雅山脉的一路目送下挥别，返回日喀则。
Day 6: Everest Base Camp Return to Shigatse
In the morning, you can see the sunrise of Everest Peak if weather permits at the lodging area. Then we will visit the Rongbu Monastery - the unique highest monastery with nuns and monks living together. Finally, we will drive back to Shigatse.
返程之路无需太匆匆，慢下来，在【雅砻河谷】停下，在西藏古代文明的摇篮里，静静伫立，让河川冰山、田园牧场、河滩谷地、高山植被……一切目光可及之物都掩映在水晶般透明的天空蓝里，安然若素。不远处斑斑点点的丝丝阴暗不是瑕疵，是日光穿透朵朵白云后的美奂辉映。导游全程陪同，负责安全送达每一位客人至预定酒店。
Day 7: Shigatse - Lhasa (B)
Today, explore Tashilunpo monastery of Gelug Sect, the seat of the Panchen Lama, built in 1447. The monastery houses a giant statue of the Maitreya Buddha - the biggest gilded statue of Maitreya (Buddha of the future) in the world and a tomb of all the Panchen Lama, containing jewels and gold. In the afternoon, you will drive back to Lhasa, which will take around 6 hours.
清晨出发，一路向北，去往天湖【纳木错】-古象雄佛法本教的第一神湖。汽车行驶在青藏公路上，有天路之称的【青藏铁路】伴随左右。远方的【念青唐古拉山脉】安静的仰卧在广袤无垠的藏北草原上。温热的阳光下成群牛羊慵懒地嚼着青草，偶尔一列火车驶过，或短暂地陪伴，或急速地擦肩，给禁锢的空气掀起点点涟漪，在纯净辽阔的高原注入了一丝万花筒般的绚烂。穿越【念青唐古拉山脉】，来到海拔5190米的【那根拉山口】，从这里远眺纳木错，仿佛一块镶嵌在藏北大地上的碧玉宝石。沿着公路而下，来到【纳木错湖】，缓缓漫步岸边，咫尺间一片宝石般透明的蓝，静静安躺，遥望东南，一道奇异多彩巧夺天工的一瞥悄然跃上，那是【扎西半岛】，常年被天湖水侵蚀后形成了卡斯特地貌。因纳木错扎西半岛没有住宿点，参观完纳木错日落景观后原路返回当雄县或者羊八井住宿。
Day 8: Lhasa - Dunxumg / Yangpachen (280km, 6 hours) (B)
Drive from Lhasa to Lake Namtso. On the way, clients will see Nyenchen Thanglha (snow mountain ranges) and lots of nomads with yak and sheep grazing nearby. Namtso Lake is the"Heavenly Lake" which is one of the four holy lakes of Tibet and also the highest salt-lake. You can do a very relaxing trek around lakeside and theTashi Island. Overnight you will stay at Dunxumg / Yangpachen.
今天的行程从【羊八井温泉】开始，如果住宿当雄，需首先乘车去往羊八井温泉。卸下沉重的行装，换上轻盈的泳衣，用最温柔的姿势静躺、轻划或浸泡在这片饱含硫元素的温暖水中，就要离别的日子，让身心缓缓舒展，再度醉入美轮美奂的雪域高原，这份惬意，终将久久萦绕，难以忘怀。
下午前往【其美龙寺】（Phyirmil Lung Nunnery）参观，还可以远观寺庙附近的天葬场地。
Day 9: Dunxumg / Yangpachen - Lhasa (170km, 4 hours)
Yangpachen attracts visitors for its unique resources: hot springs, the hot spring geothermal field covers 40 square km, throughout the year, hot water at 70°C boils and bubbles amid a thick fog. On the background of the great Nyenchen Tangula Mountains and the vast green pasture, the white steam dragon is clearly visible several kilometers away. On the way going back to Lhasa, you can have a comfortable bath in here.
On the way from Yangpachen to Lhasa, more than 60 nuns are currently practicing in the ancient Phyirmik Lung Nunnery. Historically, it was the meditation place for famous 32 Rinpoches and there are still remains of their retreat. With viewing sky-burial site and seven pogodas are near the nunnery, the visit to Phyirmik Lung Nunnery is a great chance to know something different from big monasteries.
Day 10: Depart from Lhasa (B).
Transfer clients to the airport or train station.
