1、关于报名Regarding Registration

凡有传染性疾病、心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、高血压、精神病、严重贫血病、大中型

手术的恢复期病患者、行动不便者、孕妇等，以及其他不适合出行者，请不要报名。代他人报名者也

请核实代报人的身体状况。如果报名者或者代他人报名者隐瞒身体状况，造成的后果，由自己承担；

2、关于定金Regarding the Deposit

报名后因个人原因退款，定金不退。

3、关于高原反应Regarding Altitude Sickness

高原反应的发病率与上山速度、海拔高度、居住时间以及体质等有关。一般来讲，长期生活在低海拔

地区的人，快速进入海拔3000 米以上高原时，会产生不同程度的高原反应。面对高原反应，主要保持心情放松，一般情况下，几天之后就会适应高原，高反症状解除。对于有高血压、心脏病、血液病、血管病、哮喘病以及其它不适应高原病症的人员慎入高原。身体状况良好的人，在进入高原之前也要保证不感冒，不上火，否则会加重高原反应。

（1）症状（有下列表现之一或一种以上者应考虑本病）

有头痛、头昏、恶心呕吐、心慌气短、胸闷胸痛、失眠、嗜睡、食欲减退、腹胀、手足发麻、口唇

手指发绀，眼睑或面部浮肿等。

（2）预防

如果初入高原，或者两年内未进入过高海拔地区，建议进入高海拔之前15 天以上，遵医嘱服用红景

天、高原安等，抵抗高原反应的药物，直到完全进入高原结束。

（3）治疗

从时间上来看，轻度患者，会在进入高原后3 天左右适应；中度患者，会在5-7 天适应；重度患者

建议立即就医，并撤离高海拔地区。高原反应常用药物，可以提前备一些散列痛（头疼粉）、吸氧

片、西洋参、袋装氧气或者瓶装氧气，购买服用药品，请遵医嘱！

The incidence of altitude sickness is related to the speed of ascending the mountain, altitude, duration of residence, and physical constitution. Generally speaking, people who have lived in low-altitude areas for a long time will experience altitude sickness of varying degrees when quickly entering a plateau above 3,000 meters above sea level. When dealing with altitude sickness, the key is to stay mentally relaxed. Under normal circumstances, the body will adapt to the plateau after a few days, and the symptoms of altitude sickness will subside. People with hypertension, heart disease, blood diseases, vascular diseases, asthma, and other conditions that make them unfit for high-altitude environments should enter the plateau with caution. Even those in good health must ensure they do not have a cold or"internal heat" (a concept in Traditional Chinese Medicine referring to symptoms such as sore throat, dry mouth, or irritability caused by internal bodily imbalance) before entering the plateau; otherwise, altitude sickness will be aggravated.

(1) Symptoms

Headache, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, palpitations and shortness of breath, chest tightness and chest pain,insomnia, drowsiness, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, numbness in hands and feet, cyanosis of the lips and fingers, and swelling of the eyelids or face.

(2) Prevention

If you are entering the plateau for the first time or have not been to a high-altitude area in the past two years, it is recommended that you take drugs to resist altitude sickness, such as Hongjingtian (Rhodiola rosea) and Gaoyuan'an (a proprietary Chinese medicine for altitude sickness), as prescribed by a doctor for more than 15 days before entering the high-altitude area, and continue taking them until you have fully entered and completed your stay in the plateau.

(3) Treatment

In terms of time:Mild cases usually adapt to the plateau in about 3 days after entering;Moderate cases usually adapt within 5-7 days;Severe cases require immediate medical attention and evacuation from the high-altitude area.For common altitude sickness medications, you can prepare some in advance, such as Sanlietong (headache powder), oxygen-increasing tablets, American ginseng, packaged oxygen, or bottled oxygen. When purchasing and taking medications, please follow the advice of a doctor!

4、关于住宿Regarding Accommodation

（1）旅行社为游客们提供了性价比高的住宿，由于川藏线沿途人烟稀少，经济相对较落后，沿线宾

馆因处于高原地带水、电资源缺乏，有时候也会遇到停水、停电的情况，请提前准备好手电筒、充

电宝之类的应急物品、做好不能洗澡、洗头、洗脸的准备，特别爱干净的队员，可以携带睡袋内胆，

以备不时之需。

（2）地处藏区，宾馆设施不全，一次性拖鞋、酒店用品、吹风机等配备有限。

（3）沿途可能有部分宾馆没有电梯，以及没有提行李服务，敬请谅解。

（4）对于住宿有特殊要求的游客，请在报名时告知客服（要求全程一个人住宿，大床房，三人间等等），

在报名时确定费用，上团后临时修改住宿，可能无法满足其要求。

（5）原则上没有特殊原因，不能更改住宿地点。如果全团同意更改住宿地点，原定住宿不退，新产生

的住宿费用由游客承担，新产生的司机和领队住宿由全车游客AA。

（1）The travel agency provides cost-effective accommodation for tourists. However, due to the sparse population and relatively underdeveloped economy along the Sichuan-Tibet Line, hotels along the route are located in plateau areas where water and electricity resources are scarce. Occasional water and power outages may occur.

Please prepare emergency items such as flashlights and power banks in advance, and be ready for situations where you may not be able to take a bath, wash your hair, or wash your face. For team members who particularly value cleanliness, you can bring a sleeping bag liner for emergency use.

（2）Located in Tibetan areas, hotel facilities are incomplete. The provision of disposable slippers, hotel amenities, hair dryers, and other items is limited.

（3）Some hotels along the way may not have elevators or luggage-carrying services. We appreciate your understanding.

（4）Tourists with special requirements for accommodation (such as requiring a single-person room for the entire trip, a king-size bed room, a triple room, etc.) must inform the customer service staff at the time of registration, and the cost will be confirmed during registration. If you request to change your accommodation temporarily after joining the tour group, your request may not be fulfilled.

（5）In principle, the accommodation location cannot be changed without special reasons. If the entire group agrees to change the accommodation location, no refund will be given for the originally booked accommodation. The additional accommodation costs incurred will be borne by the tourists, and the additional accommodation costs for the driver and tour leader will be shared equally (AA) by all tourists in the vehicle.

5、关于交通Regarding Transportation

（1）抛锚：本次行程全程在高原行驶，路程长，路况复杂，车辆很可能会出现抛锚的情况。如果车辆出现抛锚，请队员们耐心等待，或者一起努力解决。正常解决的流程为：如果车辆2 小时内无法修复，为了不影响行程，旅行社会调用当地车辆进行临时转运，转运车辆以小型面包车为主，舒适度不高，转运费用由旅行社支付，直到车子修好，或者另外调用的同款车，或者相近款车子抵达，请游客们给予配合。对于拒绝使用转运车的队员，视为该游客自愿放弃行程，旅行社将会退没有产生的住宿费，合同终止。

（2）堵车：本次行程全程在高原行驶，以山路为主，在雨季出现泥石流、塌方、滚石、路桥断裂或者其它情况的堵车属于正常情况，请耐心等待，并备用食物和衣物，做好一切应急准备。

（3）座位：左手第一个座位为驾驶员，其他的普通座位，逐个轮流乘座。

（4）夜路：因川藏路况和天气情况复杂，偶尔会出现走夜路的情况。如果游客拒绝走夜路，要临时住宿，所产生当天已经定好的住宿费用不退，新产生的住宿费用游客自己承担，如果需要延长行程，所延长行程的相关费用也由游客承担。

（5）费用：如果遇到堵车，交通管制，以及其他不可抗力等因素，无法赶到预定住宿点住宿，预定的住宿费用不退，临时产生的住宿费用由游客承担，司机导游的住宿旅行社承担。

（1）Vehicle Breakdown: The entire trip takes place on the plateau, with long distances and complex road conditions,so vehicle breakdowns are likely to occur. In the event of a breakdown, team members are requested to wait patiently or work together to resolve the issue. The standard resolution process is as follows: If the vehicle cannot be repaired within 2 hours, to avoid disrupting the itinerary, the travel agency will arrange for a local temporary

transfer vehicle (mainly small vans, which may not be highly comfortable). The transfer fee will be covered by the travel agency, and this arrangement will continue until the original vehicle is repaired, or a replacement vehicle of the same or similar model arrives. Tourists are requested to cooperate. Any team member who refuses to take the transfer vehicle will be deemed to have voluntarily abandoned the trip. The travel agency will refund the unused accommodation fees, and the contract will be terminated.

(2) Traffic Jams: The entire trip is conducted on the plateau, primarily on mountain roads. During the rainy season, traffic jams caused by mudslides, landslides, falling rocks, broken roads or bridges, or other similar incidents are common. Please wait patiently, and prepare emergency supplies such as food and clothing in advance.

(3) Seats: The first seat on the left is reserved for the driver. The other regular seats will be rotated among passengers in turn.

(4) Night Driving: Due to the complex road conditions and weather along the Sichuan-Tibet Line, occasional night driving may be necessary. If a tourist refuses to travel at night and requests temporary accommodation, the cost of the pre-booked accommodation for that day will not be refunded, and the tourist shall bear the cost of the newly arranged accommodation. If an extension of the trip is required, the tourist shall also bear all costs related to the extended itinerary.

(5) Costs: In case of traffic jams, traffic control, or other force majeure events that prevent reaching the pre-booked accommodation, the fee for the reserved accommodation will not be refunded, and tourists shall bear the cost of any temporarily arranged accommodation. The travel agency will cover the accommodation costs for the driver and tour guide.

6、关于医药Regarding Medical Matters

（1）请在报名之前，前往具备资质的医院做全面的身体检查，确保没有影响高原行程的疾病再报名。藏区条件落后，医药条件都很差，如果途中突发疾病，医治方面会比较麻烦。

（2）领队、驾驶员、宾馆老板等工作人员均无行医资质，请不要依赖于工作人员进行救治，如果有

不舒服的迹象，请告知工作人员，前往最近的医疗点进行医治。

（3）特别声明：旅行社因没有医疗资质，随车只能提供便携式瓶装氧气，无任何药品，请提前备足

适合自己的常用药品。

(1) Before registering, please go to a qualified hospital for a comprehensive physical examination to ensure you have no diseases that may affect the plateau trip before completing the registration.

Medical conditions in Tibetan areas are underdeveloped and poor. If a sudden illness occurs during the trip, it will be quite troublesome to receive medical treatment.

(2) Staff members such as tour leaders, drivers, and hotel owners do not hold medical practice qualifications. Please do not rely on these staff for medical treatment. If you show any signs of discomfort, please inform the staff and go to the nearest medical facility for treatment.

(3) Special Statement: Since the travel agency does not have medical qualifications, it can only provide portable bottled oxygen in the accompanying vehicles and no medications of any kind. Please prepare an adequate supply of your own regular medications in advance.

7、不可抗力Force Majeure

（1）如果因为人力不可抗拒因素（如塌方、泥石流、路桥被毁、航班延误、国家政策、战争、瘟疫、交 通管制、堵车等）导致不能履行合同和旅程变化，旅行社不承担相关赔偿。

（2）由此导致增加的旅游费用由游客自理；

（3）减少或没有产生的费用，旅行社将实事求是地退还游客。

（1） If force majeure events (such as landslides, mudslides, damaged roads or bridges, flight delays, national policies, wars, plagues, traffic control, traffic jams, etc.) render the contract unenforceable or cause changes to the trip, the travel agency shall not be liable for relevant compensation.

（2）Any additional travel expenses incurred due to the above circumstances shall be borne by the tourists themselves.

（3）For expenses that are reduced or not incurred, the travel agency shall refund the tourists truthfully.

8、关于退团Regarding Tour Cancellation

（1）因个人原因退团：无论在何地退团，只能退还没有产生的住宿费/门票费。其他费用不退。

（2）不可抗力退团：如因不可抗力不能继续行程，全团游客需要统一意见，可以有两种选择：

A.改变线路：如果与原线路的里程和路况相近.费用不变。如果与原线路里程和路况不同.费用多

退少补。

B.原路返回：原路返回按照实际产生的费用计算，多退少补，产生的费用包括返回至完团期间的

所有车费、领队费、住宿费、餐费、门票等。

（3）国庆黄金周：出团日期当中如有国庆黄金周日期的团队，无论何时何地何种方式退团，所有费用不退。

(1) Tour Cancellation Due to Personal Reasons: No matter where the tour is cancelled, only the unused accommodation fees/ticket fees can be refunded. All other fees are non-refundable.

(2) Tour Cancellation Due to Force Majeure: If the trip cannot continue due to force majeure, all tourists in the group must reach a unified decision, and there are two options available:

A. Route Change: If the mileage and road conditions of the new route are similar to those of the original route, the cost will remain unchanged. If the mileage and road conditions of the new route are different from those of the original route, the difference in cost will be adjusted (i.e., excess payments will be refunded and insufficient payments will be supplemented).

B. Return via the Original Route: The cost for returning via the original route will be calculated based on the actual expenses incurred, with excess payments refunded and insufficient payments supplemented. The incurred expenses include all vehicle fees, tour leader fees, accommodation fees, meal fees, ticket fees, etc., from the return journey until the official end of the tour.

(3) National Day Golden Week: For tour groups whose departure dates include periods of the National Day Golden Week, regardless of when, where, or how the tour is cancelled, all fees are non-refundable.

1、本次长途旅行，时间长、温差大、部分地区海拔高，报名前请仔细阅读相关注意事项。游客在充分了解旅途的辛苦和行程中医疗条件有限的前提下，确定自己的身体健康状况适合参加本次旅游活动后方可报名参团。因个人既有病史和身体残障在旅游行程中引起的疾病进一步发作和伤亡，旅行社不承担任何责任。旅行社为非健康医疗专业咨询机构，无法判定游客的身体健康状况是否适合参加本次旅游活动，游客在旅行社签订合同，即视为游客已经了解本次旅行的辛苦程度和行程中医疗条件有限的前提，并征得专业医生的同意。①报名时旅游者应确保身体健康，保证自身条件能够完成旅游活动，身体健康状况不佳者，请咨询医生是否可以参加本次旅游活动，根据自身情况备好常用药和急救药品，因自身疾病而引起的后果，游客自行承担责任;②游客出现急症请主动通知工作人员，旅行社将协助游客就近送往当地医疗机构检查治疗;③有听力、视力障碍的游客须有健康旅伴陪同方可参团;个人有精神疾病和无行为控制能力的不能报名参团；④有心、肺、脑和血液系统疾病患者以及其它不适合长途疲劳的人群以及70 岁以上老人，不宜参加此旅游线路。⑤孕妇请选择其他线路，为了你的安全请勿隐瞒病情，你可另择其它线路(如隐瞒病情,后果自负)，18 岁以下未成人，须在成年人陪同下出行，65 岁以上老年人，须在直系亲属签字下方可出行。

2、高原海拔高，日照强烈，早晚温差大且气候多变，需准备长袖衣裤、羊毛衫、夹克衫、羽绒服等，同时建议带好雨具、墨镜、太阳帽、防晒霜、润唇膏，并配备红景天、肌肝口服液、晕车（船）药、仁丹、消炎药、肠胃药、黄连素、感冒药、创可贴等常备药品，防蚊虫的风油精、花露水。手机、相机、充电器、存储卡等电子产品和配件。

3、由于路上行车时间有时比预计时间要长，路途辛苦，途中车辆负荷较大，可能会遇到汽车抛锚并影响行程的情况，请游客作好心理准备。如途中遇人力不可抗拒的因素（如高原反应、修路、塌方、车辆事故阻碍等）客人可根据实际情况调整行程，如造成超支费用由客人和旅行社协商分摊。进入高原每个人正常情况下都会出现不同程度的高原反应，如有头痛、胸闷、呼吸急促、恶心、呕吐、失眠等情况，请及时与导游沟通并寻求帮助。未成年人、60 岁以上老人及患有基础疾病的游客，请本人及随行监护人认真考虑身体健康能力，谨慎选择高原路线。

4、①旅游活动中游客必须注意自身安全和随行未成年人的安全，保管好个人财务，贵重物品随身携

带。②景区所在地区为少数民族聚居区，在旅游中请尊重当地少数民族的宗教信仰和民俗风情；为了

您的安全，请入夜后避免单独出行！③沿途停车加水或上厕所等任何一个停留地点，请你上下车注意

脚下、头顶及周边安全，不要在汽车道公路边崖边活动停留，不要与当地人发生无谓的争吵；④请注

意室内防火安全，勿在床上吸烟。

5、请在报名时提供与本人有效证件完全相符的名字及证件号码。并请于出团时携带有效居民身份证，小孩请携带户口本，外宾带好护照、居住证，台胞带好台胞证。旅游过程中乘坐飞机、火车、入住酒店都需要出示证件才能办理。否则一切责任自负。

6、入住酒店后贵重物品请寄存酒店前台，请爱惜酒店内的物品设备。睡前关好门窗，请注意个人财务及人身安全。沿线住宿硬件和软件条件都有限，请不要以城市的标准来衡量（为提倡绿色环保，部分酒店基本不提供一次性洗漱用品，游客需自备）。

7、请勿在高原剧烈运动、饮酒；温泉不适宜用餐后立即泡温泉和长时间泡温泉（泡温泉会加速血液流动，请根据自身情况而选择是否泡温泉）。

1、This long-distance trip involves a prolonged duration, significant temperature differences, and high altitudes in some areas. Please read the relevant precautions carefully before registering. Only after fully understanding thehardships of the journey and the limited medical conditions during the trip, and confirming that your physical health is suitable for this travel activity, should you register and join the group. The travel agency shall not bear any

responsibility for the further onset of diseases, injuries, or deaths caused by tourists’ pre-existing medical conditionsor physical disabilities during the trip. As a non-professional health and medical consulting institution, the travelagency cannot determine whether a tourist’s physical health is suitable for this travel activity. By signing the contract with the travel agency, the tourist is deemed to have understood the hardships of this trip and the premise of limited medical conditions during the trip, and to have obtained the consent of a professional doctor.

① When registering, tourists shall ensure they are in good health and that their physical conditions allow them to complete the travel activity. Those in poor health should consult a doctor to confirm whether they can participate in this travel activity, and prepare daily medications and first-aid drugs according to their own conditions. bear full responsibility for consequences caused by their own diseases.

② If a tourist experiences a sudden acute illness, they must proactively inform the staff. The travel agency will assist the tourist in being sent to the nearest local medical institution for examination and treatment.

⑤ Pregnant women are requested to choose other travel routes. For your safety, do not conceal your medical condition; you may select another route instead (if you conceal your medical condition, you shall bear all consequences). Minors under the age of 18 must travel with an adult companion. Elderly people aged 65 and above can only travel with the signature of their immediate family members.

2、The plateau has a high altitude, intense sunlight, significant temperature differences between morning and evening, and changeable weather. You need to prepare long-sleeved clothes and pants, wool sweaters, jackets,down jackets, etc. At the same time, it is recommended to bring rain gear, sunglasses, sun hats, sunscreen, lipbalm, and prepare commonly used medications such as Hongjingtian (Rhodiola rosea), creatine oral liquid,

motion sickness (sea sickness) medicine, Rendan (a traditional Chinese medicine for heatstroke),

anti-inflammatory drugs, gastrointestinal medicines, berberine, cold medicine, and band-aids, as well as mosquito repellents like Fengyoujing (medicated oil) and floral water. Also, bring electronic products and accessories such as mobile phones, cameras, chargers, and memory cards.

3、Due to unforeseen circumstances, the actual driving time on the road may sometimes be longer than expected.

The journey is arduous, and vehicles may be heavily loaded during the trip. There may be cases of car breakdowns that affect the itinerary, so tourists are requested to be mentally prepared. If unforeseeable events caused by force majeure (such as altitude sickness, road construction, landslides, vehicle accidents, etc.) occur during the trip, tourists may adjust the itinerary according to the actual situation. Any additional costs incurred shall be shared by the tourists and the travel agency through negotiation. Under normal circumstances,

everyone entering the plateau will experience altitude sickness to varying degrees. If symptoms such as headache, chest tightness, shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, or insomnia occur, please promptly communicate with the tour guide and seek assistance. Minors, elderly people aged 60 and above, and tourists with underlying diseases, along with their accompanying guardians, must carefully assess their physical health and capabilities and choose plateau routes with caution.

4、① During the travel activity, tourists must pay attention to their own safety and the safety of accompanying minors, and keep their personal belongings properly. Valuable items should be carried with you at all times.

② The areas where the scenic spots are located are inhabited by ethnic minorities. During the trip, please respect the religious beliefs and folk customs of the local ethnic minorities. For your safety, avoid going out alone after dark!

③ When stopping along the way for refueling, using the toilet, or at any other stopover, please be careful of your steps, the space above your head, and the surrounding environment when getting on and off the vehicle. Do not stay or move around on the carriageway, beside the highway, or near cliffs. Do not engage in unnecessary arguments with local residents.

④ Please pay attention to fire safety indoors and do not smoke in bed.

5、When registering, please provide your name and ID number that are completely consistent with your valid identification documents. Please bring your valid resident ID card when joining the tour group; children should bring their household registration book; foreign guests should bring their passports and residence permits; and Taiwan compatriots should bring their Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certificates. During the trip, you will need to present these documents when taking flights, trains, or checking into hotels. Otherwise, you shall bear full responsibility for any consequences.

6、After checking into a hotel, please store your valuable items at the hotel front desk and take good care of the hotel’s items and equipment. Close the doors and windows before going to bed, and pay attention to the safety of your personal belongings and yourself. The hardware and software conditions of accommodation along the route are limited, so please do not evaluate them by the standards of urban hotels. (To promote environmental protection, some hotels basically do not provide disposable toiletries, so tourists need to prepare their own.)

7、Do not engage in strenuous exercise or consume alcohol on the plateau. It is not advisable to take a hot spring immediately after a meal or to soak in a hot spring for a long time (soaking in a hot spring will accelerate blood circulation; please decide whether to take a hot spring based on your own physical condition).

【活动装备】Activity Equipment

1、服装鞋帽类

（1）服装：每年3 月-6 月，着冬装，衣服三件套是最佳（保暖排汗内衣+抓绒衣+冲锋衣+速干衣裤）;

7 月-9 月着春秋装，备冬装。10-11 月着冬装。

（2）鞋子：防滑防水高邦登山鞋（坚决杜绝穿高跟鞋），可以备徒步鞋，运动鞋，可以备一双简易托鞋；

（3）小件：太阳帽、手套、头巾、换洗的内衣裤、袜子。

休闲摄影建议个人装备：背包、保暖衣物、手套、登山鞋或徒步鞋、水壶、太阳镜、带沿的帽子、

唇膏、防晒霜、常备药品、个人用品（如洗漱用品、换洗衣物）、单反相机，长焦镜头、广角镜头、

三脚架、摄影包、羽绒服、随身干粮若干。

高山徒步及高海登山建议个人装备：背包（带防雨罩）、冲锋衣（羽绒服、棉衣也可）、冲锋裤、

登山鞋或防滑的运动鞋（拒绝拖鞋、凉鞋、高跟、皮鞋）、抓绒衣、袜子、手套、帽子、秋裤、头灯

（或电筒）、雨具、登山杖、太阳镜、雪套、个人特殊药品、水壶、饭盒、防晒霜、照相机、手机、

炉头（可根据个人习惯选择是否携带）、路餐（零食、干粮、矿泉水）、个人日用品及防晒用品。

2、日常用品类

（1）洗漱护肤：牙膏、牙刷、洗面奶、爽肤水、润肤霜、防晒霜（50 倍以上，重要、必备）、唇膏（重要、必备）、护手霜。

（2）辅助工具：墨镜、保暖杯；雨具（雨伞和雨披）、手电或者头灯（备足电池）。

3、食品类

（1）能量类：巧克力、牛肉棒等

（2）充饥类：饼干、面包、蛋糕等。

（3）补水类：各种水果，矿泉水等。

（4）佐餐类：榨菜、海带丝、萝卜丝等。沿途川菜为主，不适应的游客可以带些自己可口的菜品。

4、药品类

（1）备用药品：个人常用药（根据个人的身体状况，酌情携带。高原上医药条件落后，请备足所需剂量）；

（2）建议携带：感冒药、肠胃药、晕车药、散列通或头痛粉、葡萄糖（粉剂或者口服液）、创可贴、风油精、驱蚊水，高原安、以及抗高原反应药物。

（3）出团准备：红景天口服液需要出团前15 天以上服用。

5、摄影通讯

（1）通讯设备：手机（电信信号最好），对讲机、以及相关充电器。

（2）摄影器材：单反相机，长焦.广角镜头、三脚架、摄影包、防雨罩以及超大存储卡和相关充电器。

（3）辅助工具：长裙、酷装、围巾、披肩，各种道具拍美照。

6、证件类

（1）身份证：中国人必备，特别重要，如果没有正式身份证，请速办临时身份证，没有身份证很麻烦

（2）其它证件：导游证、学生证、军官证、士兵证、残疾症，老年证……，可能减免门票证件，统统带上，一定要是真证件，使用伪造证件，后果自己承担；

7、箱包类

（1）大背包：每人限带一个大背包（70L 以下）或者旅行箱（26 寸以下）。

（2）小背包：必备一个双肩小背包，可以在景区使用，背一些小食品和水。禁用单肩包或手提袋。

（3）腰包：建议携带一个腰包，放些贵重物品。

1. Clothing, Hats and Shoes

(1) Clothing

From March to June: Wear winter clothing; a three-layer set is optimal (warm and sweat-wicking thermal underwear+ fleece jacket + hardshell jacket + quick-drying clothes and pants).

From July to September: Wear spring and autumn clothing, and prepare winter clothing as a backup.

From October to November: Wear winter clothing.

(2) Shoes

Non-slip, waterproof high-top hiking boots (high heels are strictly prohibited). You can also prepare hiking shoes,sports shoes, and a pair of simple slippers.

(3) Small Items

Sun hat, gloves, headscarf, spare underwear, and socks.

Recommended Personal Equipment for Leisure Photography:

Backpack, warm clothing, gloves, hiking shoes or trekking shoes, water bottle, sunglasses, brimmed hat, lip balm, sunscreen, regular medications, personal items (e.g., toiletries, spare clothes), DSLR camera, telephoto lens,

wide-angle lens, tripod, camera bag, down jacket, and some portable dry food.

Recommended Personal Equipment for Alpine Trekking and High-Altitude Mountaineering:

Backpack (with rain cover), hardshell jacket (down jacket or cotton-padded jacket is also acceptable), hardshell pants, hiking shoes or non-slip sports shoes (slippers, sandals, high heels, and leather shoes are not allowed),fleece jacket, socks, gloves, hat, thermal pants, headlamp (or flashlight), rain gear, trekking poles, sunglasses,gaiters, personal special medications, water bottle, lunch box, sunscreen, camera, mobile phone, stove (carry or not according to personal habits), trail food (snacks, dry food, mineral water), personal daily necessities, and sun protection products.

2. Daily Necessities

(1) Toiletries and Skincare Products

Toothpaste, toothbrush, facial cleanser, toner, moisturizer, sunscreen (SPF 50+, important and essential), lip balm (important and essential), and hand cream.

(2) Auxiliary Tools

Sunglasses, insulated cup, rain gear (umbrella and rain poncho), flashlight or headlamp (with sufficient batteries).

3. Food Items

(1) Energy-Boosting Foods：Chocolate, beef sticks, etc.

(2) Hunger-Satisfying Foods：Biscuits, bread, cakes, etc.

(3) Hydration Foods/Drinks：Various fruits, mineral water, etc.

(4) Meal Accompaniments：Preserved mustard greens, shredded kelp, shredded radish, etc. Most of the dishes along the way are Sichuan-style; tourists who are not accustomed to this can bring some of their favorite dishes.

4. Medications

(1) Spare Medications：Personal regular medications (carry as appropriate based on personal health conditions). Medical resources on the plateau are limited, so please bring an adequate supply of necessary medications.

(2) Recommended Medications to Bring：Cold medicine, gastrointestinal medicine, motion sickness medicine,Sanlietong (headache powder), glucose (powder or oral liquid), band-aids, Fengyoujing (medicated oil),mosquito repellent, Gaoyuan'an (a proprietary Chinese medicine for altitude sickness), and other medications for altitude sickness.

(3) Pre-Trip Preparation：Hongjingtian (Rhodiola rosea) oral liquid should be taken for at least 15 days before the trip starts.

5. Photography and Communication Equipment

(1) Communication Devices：Mobile phone (China Telecom has the best signal), walkie-talkie, and their respective chargers.

(2) Photography Equipment：DSLR camera, telephoto lens, wide-angle lens, tripod, camera bag, rain cover,large-capacity memory card, and related chargers.

(3) Auxiliary Props for Photography：Long skirts, stylish outfits, scarves, shawls, and various props for taking beautiful photos.

6. Documents

(1) ID Card：Essential for Chinese citizens; extremely important. If you do not have an official ID card, please apply for a temporary ID card as soon as possible. Traveling without an ID card will cause significant inconvenience.

(2) Other Documents：Tour guide certificate, student ID card, military officer ID card, soldier ID card, disability certificate, senior citizen card, etc. Bring all documents that may entitle you to ticket discounts. Ensure all documents are authentic; you shall bear the consequences if forged documents are used.

7. Luggage

(1) Large Backpack/Luggage：Each person is allowed to bring one large backpack (under 70L) or one suitcase(under 26 inches).

(2) Small Backpack：A small (double-shoulder backpack) is essential for use in scenic areas to carry snacks and water.Single-shoulder bags or handbags are not allowed.
