Today, we will visit two important monasteries in Lhasa, the Drepung and the Sera.If we are very lucky,we may even come acrossSera Monastery’s Monks debiting which was held in the courtyard at around 3;00-5:30 in the afternoon.

Before spending about 4 hours to drive back to Lhasa from Shigatse, we will visit the largest Monastery in west Tibet, the Tashilunpo monastery, Tashilunpo monastery is one of the six great Gelukpa institutions and was founded in 1447 by a disciple of Tsongkapa, containing the worlds largest gilded copper image (26m high) of future god Jampa. Then drive along the Friend-ship Highway back to Lhasa.

Our guide and driver pick you up from your hotel around 08:00am, and then we drive toNamtso Lake. On route, you can view Nyenchen Thanglha. In summer (May to August), you may see sheepherders and their tents, groups of sheep and yaks. Namtso Lake is known as Heavenly Lake. You can do a very relax trekking around the lake side and Tashi Island. Namtso Lake is actually the lake in the sky, it is about 5000m high lies on the highest plateau in the world. To spend a night at lake shore is fantastic, the night sky is so clear that you could see all the stars twinkling on the sky, so close to you as if you could stretch your hands to pick the stars.

Day 06 Lhasa/Namtso Lake (220km, 4 hours) (B)

我社在规定发团日安排两次免费贡嘎机场至市区接机，
分别为：
接机：上午 12:20 左右免费接机一次，接 12:00 之前抵达的航班；
接机：下午 16:00 左右免费接机一次，接 15:40 之前抵达的航班；
在规定送团日安排两次免费市区酒店至贡嘎机场送机，分别为：
送机：上午 07:30 左右免费送机一次，送 9:30 – 13:00 之间的航班；
送机：上午 11:00 左右免费送机一次，送 13:00 以后的航班；
若机场接送不在免费的时间段内，或者客人不愿意等待免费接送的时间，则单独收取 400 元/趟接送费用；
在规定发团／送团日期的火车站接送均免费；
（2）未在规定日期抵达和离开的，火车收费 250 元／趟，飞机收 400 元／趟；
（3）如果因为航班延误导致错过免费接机时间的客人需要另行支付接机费用 400 元／趟；

Our agency issued two free pick-up from Gongga airport to Lhasa,（Arrive date）
:At about 12:20 a.m.: free pick-up time, prior to the arrival of flight 12:00;
:At around 16:00 p.m.: free pick-up time, prior to the arrival of flight 15:40;
Our agency issued two free drop-off from Lhasa to Gongga airport,
:At 07:30 in the morning to send 9:30 - 13:00 between the flight;
:At 11:00 am to send a 13:00 after the flight;
If the airport shuttle is not in the free time period, or the guest is not willing to wait for free shuttle, then charge 400 RMB .Tour Arrive date and drop-off date pick-up and drop-off between lhasa and railway station always free.
Not in the specified date of arrival and departure, the train charges 250 RMB, the aircraft received 400 RMB .
If because of flight delays resulting in missed free pick-up time guests need to be paid at the cost of 400 RMB
2、A good rest and a good diet can help you overcome climate extremes and altitude extremes in Tibet. And you can prepare some medicine for altitude sickness.
3、For your safety in Tibet, don’t leave the group and change your itineraries by yourself. Don’t put your important things in your room, but deposit them at the front desk. Be sure to return to the hotel before 12:00 at night.
4、The trips in Tibet are usually long and you will spend most the time in the van, so maybe you can not have meals on time, so please prepare some snacks.
5、Don’t have a bathe on the first day, in case of catching a cold. Bring some thick clothes with you, for the temperature differences in day and night is huge. In Tibet, the sunshine is strong and it’s really dry, so sun-cream, sunglasses and lip pomade are absolrtely necessary.
6. Prepare batteries and charger for your digital products before starting your journey. Wish you a good trip.
