Early in the morning before sun rise on the top of Mt, Everest, you can have a full view the magnificent Mt. Everest standing like a snow-capped pyramid in front of you at Rongpuk, which is the vantage point for watching Mt. Everest. Rongphu Monastery is the highest temple in the world and a Tibetan Buddhist monastery of the Nyingma sect. This monastery is 5,800 meters above sea level. Towing in the severely cold climate, it is the highest altitude monastery on the planet, there are totally 30 Buddhist monks and 30 nuns live in the monastery. However, some local people say there are only about 20 nuns and 10 monks, but there used to be about 500 monks and nuns.
To Everest Base camp, there are tow choices (1: trekking from tent to base camp 4/km one way. 2: you can choose the mini bus from tent to base camp.) If you choose the trekking then around 6am in the morning our tour guide will lead you. And on the way to base camp you will see so many kind of small rocks which in different kind of shapes also you can take some of them back to your home land as remembrance. And when you are near to the base camp there is the very small lake, from that small lake there is the very clear reflection of Mt, Everest. Then you will arrive at Mt, Everest Base camp. Over there you will feel the atmosphere of the base camp’s air. But you can enjoy the time to view the Mt, Everest beauty. Then come back to tent and tour guide will take you to take visit Mt, Everest. After that our tour guide will lead you to Rongbuk Monastery. Then drive back to the main road(318 national high way). On the way to Old Tingri, you still have the chance to get a last glimpse of the Mt.Everest and the Himalaya mountains. After 3 to 4 hours driving, we will reach Old Tingri and spend night here. The accommodation at Old Tingri is quite basic, the altitude is around 4500m.

In early morning, our guide and drive will take you to Zhangmu and drive on the Friendship Highway G318 again. It will be 5 to 6 hours driving from Old Tingril to Zhangmu,
And the altitude and atmosphere of Zhangmu is 2300 m. (7,546ft.) When you arrive at there, our tour guide will drop you off at the border bridge, You are kindly required to hike on your own to cross the border bridge which is 50ms long, then check in Nepal side, you can get the Nepal visa upon arrival with 30USD, please prepare one photo at passport size to get Nepal Visa. Next step, you need to find a car or bus towards Kathmandu, 50ms ahead from border bridge,dezens of car or bus are parking here to pick up travelers;3000 Nepali Rupee for a taxi rental to Kathmandu(50USD) , 50 Nepali Rupee(Appro.1USD) for a bus seat.End tour at Nepalese Border.

送机：上午 07:30 左右免费送机一次，送 9:30 – 13:00 之间的航班；
送机：上午 11:00 左右免费送机一次，送 13:00 以后的航班；
若机场接送不在免费的时间段内，或者客人不愿意等待免费接送的时间，则单独收取 400 元/趟接送费用；
在规定发团／送团日期的火车站接送均免费；
（2）未在规定日期抵达和离开的，火车收费 250 元／趟，飞机收 400 元／趟；
（3）如果因为航班延误导致错过免费接机时间的客人需要另行支付接机费用 400 元／趟；

:At 07:30 in the morning to send 9:30 - 13:00 between the flight;
:At 11:00 am to send a 13:00 after the flight;
If the airport shuttle is not in the free time period, or the guest is not willing to wait for free shuttle, then charge 400 RMB .Tour Arrive date and drop-off date pick-up and drop-off between lhasa and railway station always free.
Not in the specified date of arrival and departure, the train charges 250 RMB, the aircraft received 400 RMB .
If because of flight delays resulting in missed free pick-up time guests need to be paid at the cost of 400 RMB
Attention:
1、Anyone has hypertension, heart disease and cold is not suitable for going to Tibet.
2、A good rest and a good diet can help you overcome climate extremes and altitude extremes in Tibet. And you can prepare some medicine for altitude sickness.
3、For your safety in Tibet, don’t leave the group and change your itineraries by yourself. Don’t put your important things in your room, but deposit them at the front desk. Be sure to return to the hotel before 12:00 at night.
4、The trips in Tibet are usually long and you will spend most the time in the van, so maybe you can not have meals on time, so please prepare some snacks.
5、Don’t have a bathe on the first day, in case of catching a cold. Bring some thick clothes with you, for the temperature differences in day and night is huge. In Tibet, the sunshine is strong and it’s really dry, so sun-cream, sunglasses and lip pomade are absolrtely necessary.
6. Prepare batteries and charger for your digital products before starting your journey. Wish you a good trip.
1、西藏平均海拔在3200米以上，特殊的高原环境，对身体会有一定的影响，故如心、肺、脑、肝、肾曾有明显的病变，以及严重贫血或高血压的病人、心脏病患者不宜进藏；出发前需做身体检查（60岁及以上的团友参团前，强烈建议去医院做全身检查、听取医生的专业意见），确保身体能够适应高原海拔及空气稀薄的环境。进藏后，及时关注自身身体情况，量力而行。若行程中出现严重高原反应，请必须听取医生建议，终止或调整本次旅游行程。如因您身体原因不能继续游览，未完成部分视为您自愿放弃，请恕所不退任何费用。
2、高原反应症状：低海拔地区的客人初抵高原，心肺功能会作出相应的调整。如呼吸频率加快，氧气摄入量需求加大，心率加快以满足全身的供氧需求等。人类身体这种适应高原气候环境的生理自然调整过程便是所谓的高原反应。大致症状是头痛、头昏、胸闷、气短、厌食、失眠和呕吐等，程度轻重、适应期长短因人而异，大多数客人只要经过短时间休息便会逐渐适应。
3、高原反应预防方法：在出发前提前半个月每日含服西洋参片可有效预防高原反应，或服用一些诺迪康、红景天、高原安等增加免疫能力、缓解高原反应的药物，严重时可适当吸氧。很多情况下高原反应只是因为心理负担过重引起的，只要调整好心态和情绪，把适应高原气候视为人生的一种体验，初到高原时多休息，多喝水多吃水果，不要作剧烈运动，禁烟酒（建议抵达拉萨后第一、第二晚不要洗澡），可帮助您平稳渡过高原气候适应期。
4、目的地气候特点：西藏海拔高，空气稀薄，含氧量低；太阳辐射强，日照时间长，日夜温差大，年均温差较小；冬季平均气温在-7-15摄氏度左右，夏季在10-24摄氏度左右。
5、进藏旅游建议装备：出游者本人有效的二代身份证原件、太阳镜、太阳帽、防晒霜和润唇膏是必备之物；夏季出行也应备好长袖衣裤、羊绒衫和外套等保暖衣物，不要穿超短裙等过度暴露的服装；可备一些巧克力、牛肉干之类的高热量食品；可适当准备一些感冒药、肠胃药、止吐药（维生素B6）、止泻药、头痛药或阿斯匹林泡腾片、安定及麝香保心丸等常用药品。如果去珠峰、藏北和阿里等偏远地区，还建议备上羽绒服、厚毛衣、防滑鞋、手电筒、军刀、指南针、望远镜、火种、晾衣绳、旅游热水壶及其它适应野外生存的专用物品。
6、温馨提示：西藏地区属于偏远地区，条件有限，酒店限时供应热水（或无热水），房间一般无空调，酒店可提供加棉被和电热毯，如需要可直接跟酒店总台联系，请您注意保暖以防感冒；因西藏特殊气候条件，当地旅游车辆均无空调设施，因高原长时间行车，途中车辆负荷较大，可能会遇到汽车抛锚并影响行程的情况，如遇此情况，请您耐心等待处理，敬请见谅，旅行社对此会及时做出补救措。出游期间请尊重当地少数名族的生活和信仰，避免与当地居民发生冲突。购物请咨询导游人员的建议，以免发生不必要的纠纷。
高原旅行提示
一、 根据卫生部门和医生意见，旅客进入高原旅行前建议进行体检，由医生确认可进入高原旅行时，方可前往高原旅行。凡有下列疾患之一者，不宜进入3000米以上高海拔地区旅行：
1. 各种器质性心脏病。显著心律失常或静息心率＞100次/分,高血压‖期以上,各种血液病,脑血管疾病.
2. 慢性呼吸系统疾病.中度以上阻塞性肺疾病,如支气管哮喘,支气管扩张,肺气肿,活动性肺结核,尘肺病.
3. 糖尿病末获控制;癔病、癫病，精神分裂症。
4. 现患重症感冒、上呼吸道感染，体温在38℃以上或体温在38℃以下，但全身及呼吸道症状明显者，在病愈以前，应暂缓进入高原。
5. 曾确诊患过高原肺水肿、高原脑水肿、血压增高明显的高原高血压症、高原心脏病及高原红细胞增多症者。
6. 高危孕妇。
7. 入藏人员年龄建议在18-65岁之间，年长者不建议入藏。
